Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the item and packaging when reaching out to our customer service team.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to their unique nature, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:Instant Messy BunsVolume Extensions ( including all hair toppers )Custom or personalized items (including special orders)Sale items and gift cards
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items such as our Instant Messy Buns, Volume Extensions, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature. We encourage you to get in touch with any questions or concerns about your specific item before making your purchase. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.If you are uncertain about a purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact usĀ before placing an order for assistance.
Exchanges Made Easy
If you need a different shade, our exchange process is straight forward:

Initiate the exchange request within 7 days of receipt by emailing us.

Ship your current set of extensions back within 3 days of receiving approval, and provide us with the tracking details.

Once we receive the returned item in unopened, unused in original condition with the silver ties intact for clipins or in original packaging , we will process a new order for the correct shade.
We can also arrange a collection from your address using our trusted courier service, with the courier fee payable by you. If you need help choosing a shade, simply include a photo of your hair taken in natural light when you email us, and weāll be happy to assist with color matching.
Refunds
If you need to return an unopened set of extensions, we will issue a refundĀ provided that:The return request is initiated within 7 days of receipt.The item is shipped back within 3 days of approval and remains sealed with the silver ties intact / packaging unopened.Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note:
If you paid via our payment processor payjustnow or yoco , commission fees will be deducted as well as admin fee of R100Ā from the refund amount. Payments via EFT do not attract commission fees.Courier fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.Any returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
