Shipping policy
While we may not deliver your package personally, we want you to know that we're genuinely committed to ensuring your order reaches you swiftly and safely. We aim for a quick turnaround, getting your items to you within 2-5 working days after your order has been placed, because we know how much it means to you.
From the moment you finalize your order, please trust that we are treating it with the utmost care and attention. We’re not just about speed; we’re about precision, love, and making sure everything is just right for you. We understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with every order, so we promise to keep you updated with timely communications and to provide you with a tracking number the moment your parcel is on its way from our loving hands to yours.
1. How quickly will my order be dispatched? Once you've placed your order and made payment, we'll get busy packaging your items. This usually happens within 1-2 working days.
2. How long will my delivery take? Typically, delivery will occur within 2-5 Business days. Orders received after 10am Friday will ship the following working Tuesday. This may vary slightly depending on your location and any public holidays or weekends that may occur during this period.

3. What if I place an order over the weekend or on a public holiday? Orders placed on Fridays after 10am, weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working Tuesday.
4. What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery? If you're not around when the delivery is attempted, our courier service will make another two attempts. After the third failed attempt, the parcel will return to us, and you'll have to pay for the courier service if you'd like us to try sending it again.
5. What if my delivery is delayed? While we always aim to deliver within our stated times, unexpected delays can sometimes occur that are outside our control. If this happens, we'll communicate with you about the delay and strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
6. Can I track my order? Yes, you can! We'll provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs HQ. You can use this number to keep tabs on your parcel's journey.
7. Are there any places where delivery might take longer? Yes, there are. Deliveries to remote areas might take a little longer ( 3- 21 days). But rest assured, we're working our magic to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
8. Are there any additional costs for redelivery? If your parcel becomes undeliverable after three delivery attempts, and it returns to us, you'll need to cover another round of courier fees for us to try delivery again.
9. Do you deliver internationally? At this time, we only deliver within South Africa. But stay tuned! We're always looking for ways to expand and bring our wonderful products to as many people as possible.
